Promoting your web based business using Article Marketing is a very wise and free method of web promotion available online. Not only for getting direct visitors from the articles but most importantly from a SEO (Search Engine Optimization) point of view. Webmasters approach Search Engine Optimization with different techniques including article marketing but the most of them who don't do Article Marketing Researches don't have the right knowledge to succeed which is the main reason why there's always appearing to be poor results on their process. Some might assume that submitting only 5 articles to Top 10 Article Directories will give them their anticipated results but that's not all what it takes to dominate Google's first page, or however, getting quality unique visitors from the search engines. From the perspective of each unique article that is rewarded by Google, it definitely takes more that just 5 unique articles to have at least a #10 page rank for a certain keyword depending on your field of marketing competition or your niche.

Now before wasting time more further, let us get to the point. Why do you get poor results after your article submissions? Well, the answer relies on how unique is your articles and your biography if you have posted them to Article Directories, including your anchor text link for the URL or page that you're promoting. These are the most common and often reasons that can give you poor results for your Article Marketing.

Now firstly, the writing of your articles is the main process you should focus your attention to. Unique content is what you should produce. If you use an article rewriting software then the percentage of uniqueness should at least be over 90% percent. Make sure that every sentence you vary has at least ten or more other versions of each sentence you edit, including on the article title and the texts on your biography. But when making other versions of the article title make sure you also include your target keywords. If you write your articles by hand, this shouldn't be your problem at all especially for the prior reason to avoid all the errors of failures by not succeeding. And avoiding to use article rewriting softwares could even save you from disadvantages of writing mistakes and the accurate uniqueness of the articles.

Secondly, for the articles that you submit to Article Directories, your biography is what you should differentiate completely on each directory you include your articles on. The search engine focuses on the validation of your article's body uniqueness including the biography. So if your articles biographies varies from each directory you have included you articles on then you're on the right track of obtaining good results.

Now coming to the last reason of poor results, make sure that wherever you submit your articles the anchor text link also varies. Especially if you're promoting only one URL or page. So if you submit the same article you have submitted in another Article Directory that means you have to vary the text anchor link title. Further more, if you're promoting a website with many pages then you should promote each page with an article but also include your website's url. For example; if you have 10 pages on your website and 10 articles, make sure you promote each page with each article you submit. You can include the page url with the anchor text link, therefore you shall put your domain address on your biography.
